Whats my chances of getting into an iim with a 10, 93% and 70% in 10th, 12th and grad (language), if i have a 96 percentile ?
Hello Aspirant,
You have a good academic background. You may get a call from IIMs. When the CAT exam is over, all IIMs ready a merit list for the eligible learners for the following round of interviews established on their total score which includes many factors like CAT score, 10th, 12th and graduation score, working knowledge, engineering background or non-engineering background, gender and the influence of these factors on merit list is different for distinct IIMs. If you achieve the 96 percentile, there is a decent likelihood of getting calls from senior IIMs for example, IIM Shillong. Other IIMs you are likely to get a call are IIM Amritsar, IIM Nagpur, IIM Sambalpur, IIM Ranchi, IIM Kanpur, IIM Vishakhapatnam, IIM Raipur, IIM Udaipur, IIM Gaya and IIM Kashipur, IIM Rohtak for the PGPM program.
After you receive the message, then you are required to undergo the next round of WAT and interview. Your achievement in this session is significant for your nomination as completion of this round results in a fresh merit list established on the current total comprising of WAT and meeting scores which commonly contain the biggest weightage and CAT score. Hence, prepare well for the interview and next selection process.
