You can pursue MA in English Literature even if you have not done your graduation in the same. If you have scored atleast 55 per cent in your graduation at an  aggregate level, you are eligible to apply for the admission in various government and private universities.

Yes you can apply for UGC NET in tribal and regional language or literature if you are MA in tribal studies. Check the syllabus and previous year question papers too which is easily available in internet to make sure you fit into that category.

The minimum eligibility for which is Bachelor degree in Literature or an equivalent bachelor degree from a recognized institute.

The “cafeteria system” in EFLU is a system of pursuing your desired degree by selecting the papers you desire based on your own interest. Strict syllabus isn't imposed on you. There are choices of papers available and you are allowed to choose minimum 3 papers and maximum 5 papers per semester. Each paper carries 5 credits. And by the end of the 4th semester, you are expected to have studied 16 papers at the least and have earned 80 credits.

see I understand you are in great dilemma , however you have already studies bachelors, complete b.ed and masters course. now see the government  examinations vacancy differs every year and there is hard to predict for each year how many vacancy and streams would allow.

now coming to b.sc zoology, syllabus includes

• Biochemistry and Cellular basis of life.
• Evolution and Genetics.
• Cell and Molecular Biology.
• Wildlife Forensics.
• Microbial Diversity.
• Biosphere.

so there is chemistry course includes in zoology syllabus but botany may not available as per course structure of most of the university. now if the additional course available in the college you may take botany as additional while studying b.sc zoology.

The English and Foreign Languages University will open an online facility for candidates to apply for EFLU 2021 admission in the month of July, 2021. The application forms are not yet released but as it is the month of July it is expected that the officials will soon release the application forms.
