See there can be some exceptions but in general this kind of things don't occur a lot. Many students who are scoring 350-450 are there as its the marks range where the density of the students are the highest. So I would say don't concentrate on such things, it can be true but it would be exception. So try to score as much as you can in order to have the best shot for MBBS.

Possibilities are really less .since cut off is increasing day by day so is the competition . Getting a government mbbs seat is difficult in this marks .But you can always try for the private colleges and of you want can join them as well ..Keep an eye on the counselling procedure.
