You have to appear for selection into any college. Choose any college which you find suitable. Check how the college selects candidates. Prepare for it and give your best. After you get your call letter, you can go and take admission.
eligibility:-
- candidate should have graduation degree recognized by DCI or WHO.
- Must have the equivalency certificate from Russian Ministry
for applying you will need your mark sheets and pass certificate from 10th to graduation. college leaving certificate, Internship completion certificate, transcripts, passport size photo,provisional and registration certificate.

Yes , your mentioned exams SAT, TOFEL, IELTS will be helpful for getting into foreign universities for MDS , almost all Universities in maximum countries require one English language proficiency test which may be either TOFEL or IELTS , now it's your choice which one you will go for and now if it is about SAT so in such it is not mandatory but majority of University accept your admission through SAT exam also, while apart from this some other exams are also accepted for admission in foreign universities .

Roshan, BDS is a Bachelor's programme while MDS is a Master's programme. What you studied in BDS is a generalised study of Dentistry while in MDS Oral Surgery, you pick up a specialisation like Oral Maxillofacial Facial Surgery. Using the knowledge you gained in BDS, you will put it to practise in MDS in a specific specialisation. While everyone has their own perception of the time they spend in each course of study, one can only wish it to be knowledgable and worth every minute you spend there for the next 3 years. neet mds score is 285 just one mark less cut of is i can get mds seat in tamil nadu under oc .pvt colleges is also good enough.

Neet mds is the entrance exam conducted for getting seat for good college for medical courses as you scored 285 marks out of 620 and 1 mark less than the cutoff an i think you maynot get seat in the private colleges in tamilnadu state as you are under oc category you have very less chances to get seat in the private medical college for the neet mds and if not you have to go under management quota but we should pay huge amount of fee for the college and if it is top college they charge large amount of fee better attempt entrance examination for the universities if you score good marks they may give you concession so study well and ALL THE BEST for your future and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to you.
