what are important topics for fluid mechanics fir iit jee?
Hey student
Under the section fluid mechanics in physics, clear basics of calorimetry, surface tension, buoyancy, hydrostatic pressure, critical velocity, Stokes' law and terminal velocity, viscosity, Bernoulli's theorem and its applications, Poiseuille's Formula, etc.
Fluid mechanics include a vast range of topics, out of which, above are mentioned some important out of them. So, practice hard.
All the best
what if i skipped Com,linear momentum collision rotational mechanics,SHM but read theory and solved PYQ and mastered in MP and optics will i be able to crack iit jee 2021?
You've enough time just prepare each and everything and practice from any good practice Book. You can also subscribe to careers360 knockout package for preparing and qualifying the entrance examination, it offer you 100 percent money back guarantee if you do not qualify.

Good luck
what if i skipped Com, linear momentum, collision, rotational mechanics, wave optics and SHM and fluid mechanics but done with theory will i be able to clear iit jee???
Hard to say as weightage of topics change every year but few of the topics that you have mentioned are very important and.carry huge weightage when it comes to JEE.
Hello,
Based on last year question paper, here is the distribution of topicwise weightage of JEE mains examination for Physics.
Modern Physics - 20
Heat and Thermodynamics - 12
Optics - 12
Current Electricity - 12
Electrostatics - 12
Magnetics - 8
Unit,Dimension and Vector - 4
Kinematics - 4
Laws of motion - 4
Work,Power and Energy - 4
Centre Of Mass, Impulse and Momentum - 4
Rotation - 4
Gravitation - 4
Simple Harmonic Motion - 4
Solids and Fluids - 4
Waves - 4
Electromagnetics Induction ; AC - 4
JEE is one of the toughest exam in India and you cannot appear in this exam with not covering all the topics because you never know what question might appear so you should cover each and every topic.
I hope this helps.
i have skipped rotational mechanics Com ,linear momentum and collision but not other topics will i be able to clear iit jee?
You should prepare yourself very nicely so that you are confident enough to answer all the other questions apart from these 3topics. To clear JEE mains, your maths and physics should be strong. If you are skipping these 3parts, make sure that you do not skip any other portion from your syllabus.
Tip: Make preparation strategies so that it makes your work faster. Also go through the previous year question papers (if possible, study the prev year questions from these 3 topics).
Don't worry, everything will go well.
Best of luck!!
what are the chapters included in organic, inorganic, physical and mechanics of chemistry of classes 11 and 12 ? mechanics of physics..?
Hii Ravi!
I'll tell you the chapters in a combined way for class 11th and 12th under the categorise you mentioned in the question.
Organic chemistry contains the part from chapter Hydrocarbons and Basic principles of organic chemistry.
In class 12th chapters like Haloalkanes and Haloarenes
Alcohols, phenols and ethers
Aldehyde, ketones and carboxylic acid
Amines
Biomolecules
Chemistry in everyday life
Polymers
Physical chemistry chapters for class 11th are Equilibrium, Thermodynamics and States of matter.
Rest all chapters come under inorganic chemistry such as Periodic table and related elements.
For class 12th Physical chemistry chapter include Chemical kinetics.
Rest all chapters come under in organic chemistry.
Mechanic Physics chapters include-
Kinematics
Laws of motion
Work energy power
Rotational motion
Gravitation
Properties of solids and liquids
Thermodynamics
Kinetic theory of gases
Oscillation and waves
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
how many days required to complete mechanics, Modern physics, Physical chemistry, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, algebra, calculus, trigonometry, 2d and 3d geometry??
Please mention thr name of the examination for which you are enquiring. Now, the days required to complete the syllabus you mentioned, depends on you. Every person has a different ability and way to do things. If you are really dedicated and hardworking, you can complete the syllabus within 10-15 days, else, it may take as much time as you procrastinate. Firstly fix a timetable and follow it strictly knowing the topics you find tough and easy. Give more time to tough topics and solve question banks and previous year question papers to get an idea of the exam and the type of questions asked. This will help you cover up the syllabus well and soon.
Hope this helps.
Good luck !
which chapters comes under kinematics, mechanics and modern physics in jee mains from both class 11 and 12 for jee physics....and in mathematics which chptrs comes under co-ordinate geometry and calculus from class 11 and 12....????? pls reply..im in confusion...
In physics
Kinematics- 1d, 2d
Mechanics-NLM, FRICTION, CIRCULAR MOTION, ROTATIONAL DYNAMICS, FLUID MECHANICS. Gravitation.
Modern physics- Nuclei, Atom Nuclear Physics, Atomic structure Communication System etc.
In maths.
Co ordinate geometry- Conic section like parabaola ellipse and hyperbola,
and in calculas it's integration derivative and differential calculas.
I hope this helps
I am mbbs student of uzhhorod university in Ukraine. I dont wanted to do medical but due to parents I did it. but now I still dont want to do mbbs and I want to complete my own dreams of engineering in mechanics. I got 50% in state board 2019 can anyone guide me what should I do now.i am in 1st y
Hi,
Well most of the college's demand you to have atleast 50 or 60% marks in class 12th to be eligible to take admission in engineering. With that your score might be a hindrance in getting a seat so that is why you need to be searching for some colleges where the eligibility cut off is low but still the chances seem very tough.
I hope my answer helps.
All the best.
