Transfer certificate is necessary to get admission in any college ,not only government medical college.

In order to get the transfer certificate you need to contact the college/school from where you completed your intermediate or class 12. They would give you your transfer certificate. Ask them what all procedures to be followed and you will get your transfer certificate.
