What are career option after metallurgical engg
The metallurgical profession is extremely diverse, and it offers a wide variety of career opportunities for young people who have an interest in technology, science and engineering.
Metallurgical engineers are employed in every industry and enterprise that produces, buys, sells, refines or manufactures metals or metallic products. One of the best career option is to go for post graduation course (this is suggested coz you may not be paid to the extent you expect just after your undergraduation in this stream and also helpful for your career growth later on). Mtech or PhD is the best choice. And the Institute in which you pursue this also matters. IIT's, IISc etc stand at the top.
Check the below link for information regarding the course.

All the best !
Sir I got seat Andhra UNIVERSITY in METALLURGICALLY.
Hello
Yes you can always change your field just make projects in different programming languages and practice coding problems in websites like hackerrank and letscode make a strong CV from now.
After doing your graduation join a startup with software profile and gain experience for around 1-2 years after that that would be a lot necessary, after that you can go for software field and if you have made your profile strong then you are good to go for Google,Microsoft, etc.
Hope it helps.

Are colour blind people eligible for m.tech in metallurgical and material engineering department?
While color blind people can complete the UG course for any branch except mining (where they do not even accept such people), it is not advisable to do so in some branches like Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, etc.Computer Science and IT should be fine.
I do not advise doing graduation in above branches in such scenarios because you would not be eligible for jobs due to physical fitness reasons. As color-blindness cannot be fixed , there is no way to be employed in relevant industry as you would be a safety concern.
While I cannot comment on some other branches like Civil, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, would advise you to get in touch with people with relevant information.

Is metallurgical engineering is good Or mining engineering is good?
Is it good to join metallurgical engineering in any nit
I can tell you from personal experience that joining metallurgy and materials science in one of the top NITs is far better than getting even CSE in the lower NITs like the north eastern ones. Surely you might think whether I should go for college or branch but you can always try for branch change if you dont like this branch.
Also mostly government colleges teach this branch, and there are good PSUs like MECON, SAIL, BHEL etc which offer good jobs to metallurgists so go for it.
Can any NIT warangal 2019 fresher of metallurgical give their contact number as i want to attend induction classes from 26th july onwards?
Hi Avinash,
I don't think that you need to have the contact details of any fellow fresher of National Institute of Technology, Warangal as if you have been allotted a seat and have accepted the same through counseling of JOSAA 2019 then you would be well informed by the authorities through phone or via e-mail about the instructions or proceedings in order to start your session and join the induction program offered by the institute for the new batch of students.
BEST WISHES!
