Your percentile is 93.6 so your rank is arround 55000 and at this rank there is no chance of getting seat of CSE or ECE in Nit goa as closing rank of previous year is 10587 for CSE and 18951 for ECE and your rank is not even close to this.
If yoy have interest in Cse or ECE you can look forward for lower NITs like srinagar, nagaland, Meghalaya.

Nit Goa 2019 closing rank ews quota
Hello student,
EWS category was brought last year . According to Central Government, there is 10% reservation for EWS Category in academic institutes. So let it be IITs or NITs, there will be 10% reservation in seats .NITS is about to fill 800 seats in EWS quota. MHRD minister has also announced to increase 25% seats to Implement this EWS quota.
so, last year there was no in take of admissions in NIT goa through ews category.But you have some other NIT's which take admissoons through Ews category.

Can I get into NIT Durgapur with 75.09 percentile in JEE MAIN for ECE? I belong to OBC-NCL category of West Bengal.

Belonging to OBC category, your expected cut-off is around 75/360 in JEE Mains and around 32% in JEE Advanced. But always remember that only clearing the cut-off is not enough for you to get a seat. You must score atleast around 100 in Mains along with decent %age in boards(greater than or equal to 90%) .
