It is difficult to predict the marks as cut off changes every year. Here is the cut off in 2019 for NIT, Trichy under other state quota

• Chemical: 4343
• Civil: 3868
• CSE: 357
• ECE: 967
• Mechanical: 2178
• MME: 6867
• EEE: 1518
• Production: 7162
• ICE: 5227

This was the cut off rank in 2019 round 7. You need to score minimum 110-150 marks depending on the branch to have decent chances of getting seat. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

The cutoff for admission in nits varies every year as they depend on many factor like number of student applied, category, seats available etc.

Hi, since you got 150 marks in JEE Mains but sorry to say this is not enough to not get in CSE branch in NIT Trichy as well as your marks are even not enough which can make you to take admission in NIT Trichy. But trend is based on privious year and you know that trend is changing every year and this year due to pandemic the chances are increase so you have to go for the counseling till the last round.
