NCERT Books + Jee Main PYQs Sufficient for Jee Main 2022??? how much marks can we expect???
Hey Aspirant,
Hope your preparation are going well,
As you want to know about the JEE Mains preparation. In Jee Mains, going over NCERT is crucial, especially for Chemistry. Almost all of the questions asked in JEE-Mains were found in NCERT, so going through NCERT thoroughly can ensure you get a good score in chemistry. However, this is not the case in all subjects.
In Physics, specifically refer to HC Verma, particularly the Objective which will help you gain confidence in the subject.
However, there is one chapter in physics (Communication systems) for which you must consult your NCERT, and believe me when I say that that chapter is extremely difficult.
I would recommend going through any of the packages of good coaching institutes for Maths. That would be self-contained.

con I solve only jee mains PYQs after ncert books?
Hey!
Studying only NCERT for JEE Main preparation won't be enough as the NCERT books are good for conceptual clarity. For an exam of such level, one should be able to solve lots of complex questions which are beyond NCERT books. The test pattern for the JEE Main paper is dynamic, hence candidates must pay special attention to the pattern of prior year's question papers and prepare appropriately. In the JEE Main exam, concept-based questions are frequently posed. As a result, JEE aspirants must master the foundations of the topic. One must start from NCERT, but it shouldn't be the end goal of preparation.

Refering ncert for JEE mains will be absolutely correct but if you are targeting JEE advanced then you have to refer more material along with NCERT as Ncert will not be able to cover the competitive level questions and concepts like you will not be able to study about Beckmann rearrangement through ncert in chemistry,l- hospital rule in calculus in maths through NCERT which are the main part of JEE advanced . syllabus.
