Click on the link NEET (UG) - 2020 - Reset Your Password

Please Enter the NEET Application Number, Name & Date of Birth

Two options will be mentioned about - Through OTP/ Through Security Question

You can choose any of the above options to reset the Neet password.

After proceeding with any of the options mentioned above, you can retrieve your password.

Make sure you save your password this time.

No, OC category means that you belong to the General category. There are no reservations for Muslims in NEET. As OC means "open category",  which is a synonym for general, you will have to clear the cutoff of the General category. Good luck with your exam.
