yes in case your parents are not present your local guardian signature should be their but please first ask your parents about this. NEET exams are near and thus do not get panic since if your parents are not with you. Try maintaining social distancing.

if my aadhar card has my mothers name and neet admit card has my fathers name (X KR Y)will it be a problem ?as I am staying away from home and there is no other valid ID proof which is completely correct apart from aadhar also I have old aadhar which has my fathers name X Kumar Y

You don't need to worry at all even if your Aadhaar card has mother's name and your father's name is there on the neet admit card , it's completely ok and you are all safe .
What matters is your name and your photo in your ID proof and your father's and mother's name doesn't matter, they don't check it while allowing you into the examination centre.
Also, along with the valid photo ID proof like aadhar card or PAN card etc you should carry following documents as well to you neet examination centre
* Printout of your NEET examination admit card
* Your passport size photograph
*PWD certificate (if applicable)

my neet admit card has fathers name B KR Sharma and aadhar card has mothers name which I will carry in the examcentre of neet. will it create a problem for me by the exam checking authorities present there as I corrected my fathers name in it which was Biswas Kumar Sharma by mothers name
The reason behind checking your Admit card and Id proof is to validate your authenticity or identification. They are usually checking if both the Candidate who has applied for the exam and who is appearing for the exam are one and the same. Even if your Aadhar card has your Mother's name and your admit card has father's name on it it is fine. That is not a reason to be worried. As long as the surnames match and it is you who is appearing for the exam, everything will be fine. But to keep yourself stress free, take any other id proof also along with you like your Voter Id, Ration Card, Passport, etc. They do not check the spellings. They check the names of the parent but identity of the Candidate. That needs to be you.
i have 2 little cyst type grown in my left hand thumb in neet admit card i have to give thumb impression of left hand i am worried that will it be matched to my impression of application form or not pls help me

Firstly during the examination these is no such thing that your thumb impression has to match 100%, more than 80% is enough, and also take remaining documents like admit card,id proof etc.
Eat healthy food , take some vitamin tablets or apply tumeric powder to the wounds for speed recovery you are having almost one week for the examination by that time you will be free from wounds.

my dob month is wrong in neet admit card as well as in application form 2020. will they allow me to write exam at the center? m so worried! bt Ive seen many times the invigilators co-operate with the students at the center. can i give neet exam now?

I have downloaded neet admit card but NTA has not sent soft copy of admit card neither in mail nor in spam folder however I made 2-3copies of it registered email ID is fully working but alternative one provided is not working . I fear can they send it to alternative one as it used to send msgs

You don't need to worry at all , you are all good as NTA doesn't send admit card to anyone you have to download it yourself .
Now , that you still have time left for your neet examination I'll suggest you to focus on your preparation and go through mock test paper sample papers and previous year question papers of neet as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
Also , in addition to your neet admit card you also need to carry following documents along with you to your neet examination centre
* Your passport size photograph
*A valid ID proof of yours like Aadhar card or Voter ID or Passport etc
*PWD certificate (if applicable)

Sapan, there are 2 things to it. You have entered the Date of Birth correct but NTA has mentioned it wrong in the Admit card. In such case you need to mail the helpdesk at neet @ nta .ac.in and they will make a note of it and do the needful changes. Second, you entered the details in the Application form wrong and missed correcting it. In that case, unfortunately nothing can be done because NTA doesnt make changes to your application form on your behalf nor does it entertain any changes to the application form once the correction window has been closed. Then you might not be allowed to the exam hall due to the discrepancy in the date of birth mentioned in the Admit card and your Valid Id proof. So you need to take this up with NTA immediately and wait to hear from them.
Mam/sir I have downloaded neet admit card its a 3page pdf will I have to carry only page 1 of the admit card that contain exam details or 2nd and 3rd one also which have important guidelines also page 1 is the hard copy of admit card which will be necessary during document verification
Page 1 will have Exam centre details and self declaration form. Page 2 will have Important exam Instructions to the Candidates. Page 3 and 4 will have Advisory for Candidates. Regarding the self declaration form, It says that you do not have any COVID-19 symptoms and have not come in contact with anybody who has symptoms or has been tested positive in the recent past. You have to sign this form in the presence of the Invigilators. You will have to fill this form and sign it.

It is not mandatory to have a soft copy of your admit card. It is only for your future reference just in case you lose the hard copy. Please check the spam folder of your Registered Email Id. If it is not there, just make sure to take 4-5 more copies of your admit card. The admit card will probably have a 4 page pdf. Page 1 will have Exam centre details and self declaration form. Page 2 will have Important exam Instructions to the Candidates. Page 3 and 4 will have Advisory for Candidates.
