if my surname is not printed in neet admit card what can I do?
The admit card will have the details the way you have filled in NEET application form. If you have mentioned your Surname in the NEET application form, it will be printed. But if you have missed in entering your Surname in the application form, it will not be shown on the Admit card. Then you cannot ask NTA for corrections because once the correction window has been closed NTA neither will entertain any corrections nor will it make changes to your application. But if you did mention the Surname and it does not appear on the NEET admit card, then you can reach out to the helpdesk. They will look into it and make note of this so that you will not face any issues regarding security check in the day of the examination.

You have to tick that box if you have not get touch in any covid-19 confirmed patient and you have no travel history in recent past and you also not feel any symptom of covid-19.
as you say you are fine and also not in contact with such person so you must tick in that box.

Well this is very unfortunate that your name has been mispelled on your admit card. Your admit card details will be used for further admission process that is why correction is really important. However neet has closed its correction window and now all you can do is try contacting neet helpdesk.

if i want to upload neet admit card in kcet document verification 2020 to get state medical rank ? i appeared in kcet exam also
KEA authorities will be conducting two rounds of counselling and one round of extended KCET counselling 2020 in October.However the current document upload process going is for engineering admission and for medical admission there will counseling after NEET because based on that admission in done.

How do I know if my neet admit card is rejected or will come or not
You should go To the official website - NBE & login to your profile. I’ll suggest use high speed internet as slow speed causes the page to reload that means the information will be submitted twice which’ll choke the server .
Once you login - you should look for your details submitted & check whether thers’s anything faulty .
As per my knowledge - the server recognises one email & one mobile number which is associated with a name - as far as you’ve submitted these 3 in a single form - it should recognise one profile only .
You’ll come to know about it when NBE releases admit cards . Again one profile with these 3 details intact will not face any problem even if Submitted Twice . If rejected they’ll email & show it in your profile .
Those student who submitted the same info with two different email IDs or mobile numbers are liable to be rejected .
Does this always happens if there is a mismatch occuring in neet application form and uploaded document NTA always mails u regarding the errors or they straight away reject ur admit card and u will come to know at the day when neet admit card is out
NTA does not look into the errors of the application form because it doesn't know your details. For example, let's say you wrote your Father's name wrong. NTA would not know that because NTA doesn't know you personally. So NTA will consider that the information in the application is correct because you filled it. But then lets say an uploaded document like your 10th certificate or a Photograph or Signature are uploaded with incomplete information or not meeting the guidelines, then NTA will notify you at your Registered Email Id and you will have to make the necessary changes. That is the correction window for. In your case, now that you have sent NTA a mail, though it is highly impossible to not to panic, we would advise to wait to hear from NTA because at this point in time, honestly there is nothing in your jurisdiction except for waiting to hear from them. You cannot go back and edit your application because the correction window has been long closed. You can only hope for the best at this point in time. The possible instances in which any NEET application might be rejected are:
- If an incomplete application has been submitted.
- The same Candidate has submitted different application forms
- If the details mentioned in the application do not match with the document that you have uploaded.
