The last date for the correction in your NEET form was 14 th August 2021 , and now that date is long gone. So
as the correction window is closed now you can't change your category mentioned there in your form.

RBA is a sub division of general category in J & k and you can avail its benefits only there as NEET doesn't recognise it thats why you didn't find any option.
You can surely use it during counselling by letting the authorities know that you belong from RBA category and if they'll have reservation seats for you .. you'll surely get the benefits.
You should mention your category as RBA during counseling to avail the benefits and also produce the certificate prior to avoid any hassle

You will be allowed to write the examination but the problem will occur at the time of counseling. There may be two scenarios as you have filled the wrong category:
Scenario -1 You belong to genersl category and wrongly filled any reserved category, then your candidature would be cancelled and need to apply again in the next year.
Scenario 2- You belong to reserved category and wrongly you have filled up as general category then during counseling you would be considered as a general candidate only no matter the certificate you have.
In this situation also you can apply next year for better results and reservation.

One thing you can do is you can call in NTA NEET helpline number and mail them your query they will respond you and to avoid any risk you can visit your centre of examination earlier so you can go inside exam hall without any problems.

In NEET Application form weve to upload a photo with name & date. But there I mistakenly filled wrong surname. Filled Shakya Instead of Kumar. But In application form theres no mistake. So there will be any problem at the examination centre? Or should I change my name in photos then paste it ?

The trick to get the quota of 2 states you applied is a good one. But some states like Rajasthan does not provide this benefit, as to get a domicile of Rajasthan you must have completed your 10th and 12th from Rajasthan only.
Now you will be considered from Gujarat state only.

No, you have to paste same photograph on your NEET 2021 Admit card as you have uploaded in the NEET application form if you had not updated it in the NEET correction window.

How do I stick the postcard size photo on my NEET application form? They have told to paste the postcard size (4"×6") which is enough bigger than the space provided in actual admit card.

i have missed the middle name of my father in neet application form but it is presant in adhaar card and 10,12marksheet will it be a problem

It should not be a major problem and you will be allowed to participate in the Neet examination. The point you will face any problem is at the time of documents verification during the counselling process. However this too can be easily solved by submitting self attested affidavits claiming both persons are same and supported by relevant documents.
In 95 percent of the cases, this would be resolved but the final decision lies in the hands of verification officers only.

Don't worry it won't create any issue whether it is uploaded in horizontal alignment or vertical alignment, but what matters is it should be uploaded as per the specifications prescribed by NTA, also given below :-
-->> Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format),
-->> Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format),
-->> Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format),
-->> Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and
