i uploaded passport size photo on neet application form without date and name and with blue background ...now i cant do anything ..i am really afraid whats will happened .. please help me .. please suggest me something fast

According to my research, the candidates you have uploaded there photo in need exam form NEET not to worry if they have uploaded the photo without name date and white background as they are also have acceptable. this decision is taken by National Testing Agency.

Signature related guidelines issued by NTA are as follows;
- Candidates Signature to be uploaded in JPG/JPEG format.
- The candidate should put his full signature in running hand writing [not in capital letter] on white paper with Black Ink pen and scan for uploading.
- File size must be between 4 kb to 30 kb.
- The unsigned Online Application Forms will be rejected.
The correction window already closed. If you don't get any mail about correction, don't worry. Generally there is no such issue arises with the signature so, you don't fave any trouble in the examination centre or the counselling. But you has to sign same as the application form in the examination centre.
Beside this limited time is left for neet 2021, so you should be focusing on your preparation by revising the chapters and solve mock test as well as previous year question papers. It will boost your confidence and boost your preparation.

my signature in neet application form is my name is first letter capital letters (only one letter) my Father first letter name capital letter (only one letter) my surname first letter capital then small any problem
If NTA found any problem in the signature in application they will send u to correct it in mail.So that you need to do immediately the next day. But as per my knowledge the correction window has been closed so we can guess that they saw no problem with your signature.So you can totally be relaxed.
Just make sure thst signature in your admit card and your attendence sheet match to avoid any problems but in most cases , there aren't any complications faced by a student due to his signature.
Also , just so you know , the signature should always be in runny handwriting and you should practice it as its going to be the official one and you are gonna use it for rest of your life.
I can assure you that you aren't going to face any problem as signature is a signature and it doesn't matter how you do it . Many people in the past have faced the same problem but they were all good in the end.

sir yesterday when I checked my neet application form image descrepency was showing I was about to correct this today but i couldnt find the link maybe because correction window is closed will my application form will get reject ??
You uploaded images in the prescribed sizes according to National Testing Agency (NTA) then don't worry. If they are uploaded successfully during registration process it means your images have no anomaly.
Sometimes it shows discrepancy due to the late verification of your application form by admins.

No, You will not face any problem when you attend the exam as long as there isn't any difference in the name on the admit card and Adhaar card. You will have to carry Adhaar card for identification purpose. You do not have to worry about it. You will be allowed to appear for the examination.
I have written prefix (Mr)before my father name in my neet application form.I am worried that it may cause problem in exam centre .Please tell that is it a serious issue??

You shouldn't add salutation in front of your name, father's name and mother's name in NEET UG application form. However, you may not face issue while attending the exam so you do not have to worry about that. As long as the name of your father is correct your candidature will not be rejected.
I have given passport number in neet application form as valid id proof.. At the time of exam can I give my aadhar card in the exam center?

As you have given passport number as valid I'd proof in neet application form so in your admit Card also your passport no will be mentioned as valid I'd proof. So it's better to carry your passport during neet examination too because they will check your valid I'd proof with admit card.
In rare case if you are not able to take passport then take addhar card as valid I'd proof. In some cases this may be issue which you may resolved telling the valid reason on exam center.
Otherwise take your valid ID proof which will be mentioned on your neet admit Card.

i have filled neet application form via a ews category if i am taking admission through general quota do l have to show ews certificate

See if you have are seeking admission through General category then you don't have to produce any kind of reservation certificate but if you are from EWS category then definitely you have to produce EWS certificate at the time of admission because without the certificate you are not going to get any kind of reservation and you will be allotted a seat under General/Unreserved category.
