Hello Aspirant! If your mother is qualified till 10th then fill the qualification as 10th pass/matriculation. Her certificate or marksheet isn't required or needed in your NEET registration and also it won't be checked. And if your father isn't educated then fill the qualification as uneducated nothing else. No, there will be no problem. Moreover, while filling the neet application form you  have to enter your aadhar card number only and not to  upload your aadhar card.

So, there's no issue at all. And you can carry your aadhar card as an identity proof to neet examination centre.

You need to carry the following things along  with you to your neet  examination centre.

-----) Your  passport size photograph

------) Your Postcard size photograph
