Ive got to know about 50% seats of private medical college to come under govt fee structure. Will it be applicable from this year onwards(i.e. NEET 2022) or the next?
Hello Aspirant,
Yes it is the fact according to new policy to be implemented by NMC and this policy will be applicable from session 2023-24 means from NEET UG 2023.
Latest order of NMC that states that" for 50% of the total sanctioned strength in private medical colleges as well as in deemed universities, the fee should be as same as the fee in the government medical colleges of that particular state and Union Territory ."
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!

i am confused about the attempts of jee mains? i mean there is 4 attempt in a year and for next 3 years ..is it means there are total 12 attempts( as in 4 attempts in a year then it Will be 12 attempts 3 years)?
Hi
Yes, One has 12 attempts of jee main over 3 consecutive years starting from the year of appearing 12th board examination.
Let's us see it in detail :-
One can give JEE Mains entrance examination for a maximum of 3 consecutive years starting from the year of passing 12th board examination.
Now,
JEE Main entrance examination is conducted 4 times a year i.e
--------------) 1st session usually in February
--------------) 2nd session usually in March
--------------) 3rd session usually in April
--------------) 4th session usually in May .
Out of these 4 attempts in a year, the one in which you get the best score is considered for admission process.
So, the maximum number of attempts for jee mains entrance examination
= 4 times x 3 years
= 12 attempts in total
So, one has a total of 12 attempts over 3 consecutive years starting from the year of passing your 12th board examination.
For example,
If your 12th board examination passing year is 2022
then you are eligible for :-
-
all the four sessions of JEE mains 2022
-
all the four sessions of JEE main 2023
-
and all the four sessions of jee main 2024
You can get the detailed JEE main eligibility criteria at

If I tell you about jee advanced then,
One has a total of two attempts for JEE advanced over two consecutive years starting from the year of appearing for 12th board examination i. e as per , eligibility criteria one is eligible for JEE advanced examination only in the year in which he or she appears for 12th board examination and the next year following it.
For example,
If one gives 12th board in 2022 then
He is eligible for
-
jee advanced 2022
-
jee advanced 2023

Hi. My son got ECE in DTU in JAC Delhi. does anyone know what is the next step? are we required to report to the college in person? or do we need to wait for all rounds to be completed? we have not received any email so far from the college.
Hello sir,
If the college is allotted to you through the counselling channel and you have the allotment letter generated by the portal, you have to save that letter and go to the college and show that to the admission cell of the college and they will provide the list of documents and the fee structure of the college and then you will be given a time slot within which you have to submit the documents and fee to confirm your son seat in the college.
The list of documents you are required for admission are:
- Mark sheet of high school and intermediate
- Annual income certificate of family
- Address proof
- Aadhar card
- Allotment letter
- Domicile certificate
- Transfer certificate from the school
You might also require some additional documents. (as per college requirements)
why cutoff in Delhi University is too high this time? will it reduce next year?
Hello aspirant!
Due to the pandemic CBSE didn't conduct board examinations for class 12 and marks were allotted on the basis of proportionate class 10th percentage plus percentage of pre board exams. This led to many students scoring above 95%.
Delhi university observes admission on merit basis. And with so many candidates with a sum of 95% and above, it made it challenging for the university to enroll students considering their academic performance and the limited seats available. Hence, it resulted in high cut offs.
The cut offs' graph will solely depend on the prevailing situation the next year. But we cannot hope a major drop in the cut offs. Since academic competition is rapidly increasing, higher cut offs are anticipated.
P.S.: DU college predictor:

I couldnt qualified in nata this year and my jee mains paper 2 rank is not that much high so i cant get admission in architecture this year So what can i do? Civil engineering, Interior design or Go for architecture next year Plz can any one help me out of this ??
Hello aspirant,
If your jee mains paper 2 rank is low then you can try for spot rounds, there is a chance for you to get a seat but not surely.....
If you are very interested in Architecture, you can get admission in a private college....
If you have problems with fees, you can prepare for the exam next year....
Civil Engineering is also a good choice..... it's about construction and planning, you can further specialise in architecture but if you are not interested in it, it will not benefit you at all....
Interior designing is good for those who have interest and idea about it....It also has a good career but interior designing is a matter of inner home setup.....and architecture is a complete different course.
These three choices are good but you have to choose a choice considering your interest and future career .... it's all up to you.
Hope this helps
All the best for your Future !
