With 10k as GEN-EWS Rank you can surely get into NSUT and DTU, but branch choice will be based on the fact that whether you are from Delhi Region or Outside Region. However, getting into IIIT Delhi may not be possible with this rank.

You need to get your caste certificate from the state authorities as dtu and nsit are not centrally governed Institutes, they are in the hands of the state. So your caste certificate of up, whether it is issued by the central authorities or not will not be valid here. So get a caste certificate from delhi.

Both Delhi Technological University(DTU) and the Netaji Subhas University of Technology(NSUT) are good colleges, has good placements, both intake admission through JEE mains. But NSUT  concentrate on software branches placements comparatively and DTU concentrates equally on every branch for placements. NSUT is ranked 76 by NIRF and DTU is ranked 36 by NIRF. Hence I suggest you go for DTU biotechnology than NSUT Manufacturing Processes and Automation.

For electrical engineering in the NSUT Main Campus you can expect companies like Amazon, Facebook, Google, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, etc. during placement drives. The highest packages offered are around 12 lpa and the vaerage package is around Rs 3 lakh per annum.

NTA has scrapped off the 75% criteria for JEE MAINS 2020 due to the pandemic . But now it is as same , means there will be criteria of 75%, so if you have less than 75% then you are no eligible to write jee mains, but you canwrite improvement exams for any subject of 12th so as to fulfill the criteria for 75%. Else, youneed to write other university level or state level exams.

NSUT (Netaji Subhash University of Technology) is located in Dwarka, New Delhi. It was formerly known as NSIT (Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology) In 2018 it's name changed to NSUT from NSIT. It was established in 1983. It's motto is 'Let noble thoughts come to me from all directions'. It was ranked 76 by NIRF among engineering colleges in India. It's application is provided online. Both men and women can study here. It provides 3 courses. UG Courses, PG Courses and PhD courses. For admission in any of these courses the process is given below:

UG Courses:

• Admission in NSUT Dwarka BTech is through JEE Main score, followed by JAC councelling.
• Admission to BBA is done on the basis of marks obtained in the university level entrance exam.

PG Courses:

• Admission to MTech programme is through score obtained in GATE, followed by university level interview round.
• MBA admissions are based on score obtained in CAT by eligible student.

PhD Courses:

• For NSUT Dwarka PhD admission candidates need to qualify CSIR NET/UGC NET/GATE, followed by a university level interview round.
