As UP or any other obc certificate is not valid in Delhi, so you cannot submit caste certificate signed by other state. Also, if you want to claim the seat by state quota (delhi quota) then you must get the Delhi OBC certificate or if your caste comes under the central obc list then Central obc certificate is also valid.

Creamy Layer OBC is that category of OBC wherein the members are wealthier/better off and overall more privileged than the other members belonging to OBC. Non-creamy layer OBC is the other category of OBC which is not as socially/economically advanced as the Creamy Layer OBC. If a total family income is less than 8 lakh per annum, the family is considered to fall in non-creamy OBC category. Any person belonging to the non-creamy OBC category will be enjoying all the benefits and will be getting the relaxation of age in competitive exams as well.

We can't exactly tell the percentile for you to get into any IIt's because every year it is different. Let me explain you about how the percentile or rank is effected every year in different aspects. Your percentile gets effected by the toughness of the paper, number of people attempting the exam, previous years cutoffs.

As per last year for an OBC category student the minimum percentile should be 9% in each subject and 31.5% in aggregate .As you didn't mention weather you are an OBC-NCL category or OBC-CL student, If you are an OBC-CL student you wont come under the reservation.

On such marks and category you have good chances of getting some Government medical colleges in India under All India quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges :-

You can be only eligible for one Category i.e. either General Category or OBC. You cannot claim both Categories. And there are 5 Veterinary Colleges in Karnataka that participate in KCET Counselling.  In 2019, a rank of 3748 secured a seat in Veterinary College under OBC Category. The cut off for SC Category was 3292 and 699 was for General Merit. Now this is 2019 cut off data and cut offs change every year. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. But with a rank of 12708, a seat in Veterinary Science is difficult.

Did you mean OBC reservation for Government quota seats in private medical college?

In private medical college there are Government quota seats and management quota seats , for Government quota seats there is category based reservation but for management quota seats there is no category based reservation.

So for OBC category there 27% reservation for Government quota seats in private medical college but for management quota seats there is no reservation for OBC category or any other category , management quota seats are open to all

Hey dear, neet cutoff changes every year, seeing last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 matks were unable to get a govt. Mbbs college.
