Dear aspirant,
As you mentioned that you have done your schooling from 10th , 12th from Delhi so let me tell you that you are absolutely eligible for the 85% home state quota in delhi but for obc certificate your central certificate won't be accepted because they won't allow it. You have to make it from Delhi itself and it has been mentioned in the guidelines also.

I am getting 130 marks in jee main mock test regularly, i belong to OBC and a resident of Delhi, can I get admission in DTU if i score same 130 marks in jee main 2022 first attempt if not then how much I have to score?
Hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that it is great that you are getting 130 marks regularly in JEE mock tests. And if you continue getting this same marks in JEE mains examination as well, then looking at the previous year cutoff trends, you can get the average percentile of around 95..99 - 97.77 in JEE mains ( this is prediction as per the previous records).
With the above percentile score your rank would be ( although still predicted) around 45k-50k. Delhi technical University or BTU is one of the most reputed Technical university in Delhi which offers great courses and offers good salary packages and job Opportunities.
So, in order to get admission and sure seat in DTU ( delhi technical University) you need to score the rank of around - 10k - 20k in JEE mains examination. So, I think you need to practice more efficiently and hardly in porder to crack JEE mains and in order to get admission in DTU.
Further, for more preparation tips and strategies to crack JEE mains and in order to follow the tips from Experts and toppers you can follow the link below :

For sainik school entrance exam i applied under OBC reservation.I got 1st rank.whether i got seat under open category or under OBC category.
Dear student,
If you have scoured rank 1, there will be no reservation needed in your case the quota are applicable as the number of seats to be filled by the specific category candidate.
For example: if the no. of seats are 100 in total and there is a 20% reservation for specific category that means the seats that are have to be filled by specific category students are 20, no matter how good a student of general category is he would not be allowed in that 20 seats.
As for your condition you already have scored rank first for the seat so the seat will be allotted to you under the open category.
