No You can't run a pathology lab by your own. As per the order of supreme court judgement in 2018 it was clearly mentioned that one is eligible to open his /her own laboratory after MD path , DPB, DCB.
So you have to hire a destined signing authority and a plan to license your Pathology Lab as per the government rules.

You have a long time experience in medical sector and you have degrees related to it only. So, it would be hard for you to change it but you can pursue MBA and with your experience you can get job in multinational pharma companies for any management post. So, this is an option for you or you can do MBA and later on can do Entrepreneurship and open your own business.
