It is written by a Pathologist who conducts laboratory tests on the sample thereby mentioning it on the  report. The blood report from pathology is nothing but the same report which mentions your blood group which can belong to either A+, A-, o+, O-, AB+ or AB-.

See, it is a myth that you need to learn everything from the book in detail. Pick up any book of the subject and try to make your basics strong. Use your third and Fourth year to make your basics very strong, cause most of the questions become easy to attempt if your basics are strong.

Let me tell you that need PG e is is an extremely different exam. It's for medical graduates which is people with MBBS degree.

So, there is no need of appearing for neet PG for you to pursue and higher education in pathology branch.
