if a student pay the seat acceptance fee and done his physical verification and upgraded for round 2 and got new college then should he pay again the seat acceptance fee for new college or not. Is it is refundable?

If a student pay the seat acceptance fees and do his physical verification and upgraded for round 2 then for this upgradation to round 2 for new college a student has to pay the acceptance fees again for allotment of new college.
He can get refund the acceptance fees after deducting the JoSAA processing charges of rupees 2000. Or, Acceptance fee is refundable after deducting the 20% charges or rs 1,000, whichever is less. The rule will be effective for the current academic session 2020 to 2021 till further order is issued.

Your documents will.be verified whether its authentic or not although the mentioned disability will not be cross checked physically. As soon as you will provide a valid pwd certificate, you will be considered a pwd candidate. Also at the time of admission too your documents will be reverified.

Generally the admission procedure will stop likely as you have entered wrong cast certificate. But during physicial verification procedure you can contact to higher authorities for the same because only they can help you at the moment. If the authority gives you the permission then its good but generally they can't allow as they already have the wait listed candidates waiting for the admission.

This might will affect while physical reporting at the centre after getting the seat. But people there are very understanding,they will understand you if you give them valid proofs and convince them in proper way.

Suppose koi vi Candidate Wbjee ka Initial Round ma Uska Result aya TFW ma and o Candidate o college la lata haa to Physical verification karna ka lia usko kaha jana paraga and Tfw ka through college milna ka batt usko verification ka lia konsa Documents dikhana paraga ..or chiya.
I would like to tell you that TFW means tuition fee waiver, it means candidates who are categorized in TFW during counselling they have to pay only fee other than tuition fee and there entire tuition fee is exempted. However there is a condition that only general candidates whose parents annual income is less than 2 lacks or something are eligible. So if a candidate got TFW seat in any round of counselling then he/she will be called for physical verification of documents, remember there is no specific document for TFW other than annual income certificate of parents.Result of counselling states where and at what date and time candidates has to present to show all documents to claim his seats.

Jalpaiguri government Engineering college is the second oldest engineering college of West Bengal. It is affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam University.
After seat freezing in jgec, you will be called at reporting centre. You will have to go to reporting centre with necessary documents like x mark sheet, xii mark sheet, c and xii passing certificates, admit card, adhaar card etc. At reporting centre you will be asked whether you will stick to the college or you want to try in next round,
If you say you want to go for next round they will shift your name for next round and then same procedure will be repeated.
if you say ,you are fine with that college, you will have to pay seat allotment fees which is 5000 in government colleges and 20,000 in private colleges. You will have to submit the documents once you select the college you won't be able to try another college except spot round which will be taken unofficially.
As there is still risk of Covid 19 infection. Safety measures are taken in examination centres and counselling centres , admission reporting centres.
You will be get checked your temperature. Social distancing is followed . Mask , gloves are compulsory
