If it is outside TN,you would find it difficult to get ECE,CSE,EEE,Mech
If you are from TN,You might get ECE
However if you are from Trichy or Thanjavure,then you would definitely get ECE at Sastra.

There is no cutoff under second stream but only 30 percent of the total seats will be allocated under stream 2 and hence in order to get a decent branch you need to have minimum IPE score of 980/1000.

I am very sorry to say that you won't be able to get a seat in Sastra University as the seats fill up below 1000 ranks for the core subjects and upto 2100 for the non-core subjects.
