Dates haven't been announced for the result of seat allotment in TSPGECET counselling. Last date for document verification is 14th August that is today itself. So, the update might come very soon. There is no data available to know actually how many seats they do keep for different categories. Since what they do is provide different date slots for different ranks, i guess everything is included in that. Through the counselling of TS PGECET 2019, first the seats are filled on the basis of GATE scores followed by TS PGECET ranks. To participate in TS PGECET counselling 2019, the candidates have to pay a non-refundable processing fee. Registrations for GATE qualified candidates has ended.

• Vasavi college of engineering
• Osamia university
• Anurah group of institutions
• Guru nanak institutions technical campus

You can apply in any of the above,all the above are good colleges even more good colleges are there which i have missed but you can refer in them.

As per your rank mentioned above, its little difficult to get a seat in top college as the cut off remains higher and ranks near about 500+ can get a top college. But also, as you are from bc-b category, so you have reservations of yoir seats, so depending on your college, student to seat ratio, cut off of your category, you might get a seat in a good college. So basically, try out for counseling and see if you can get a seat.

You have got an excellent rank in TS - EAMCET and the cutoff for MVSREC is pretty low. You can easily get a seat in this college not only in mechanical but in any other branch you want. The closing rank for Mechanical Branch for boys is 8387 and your rank is a lot high as compared to this. So, you can easily get into this college with your rank.

Better it should be taken that it can't be edited after the submission. In the counselling process, the seats will be first filled on the basis of GATE score followed by TS-PGECET ranks.
