I am sorry to say but it is very difficult for you to get a seat. The cutoffs change every year due to the difficulty of paper and also the no of students appearing for the examination and also the no of students appearing for the counselling. But you can appear for the counselliing and try your luck as the cutoffs vary every year. Apply for colleges having higher rank cutoffs as the ones having low is vary hard nearly to impossible to get admission in. So apply for colleges having higher cutoffs. Hope for the best. Hope you get your desired college.

Specializations for M.Tech CSE are Artificial Intelligence, Image Processing, Data Analytics and Security.

I would suggest you to go for Image Processing as it has a very great scope in future in comparison to others. Artifical Intelligence and Data Analytics are in scope for now a days but with the increasing trends and other factors, Image Processing is of greater scope. Do look at you interest. That matters the most.

If you have got a gate rank then you will get funding of 12,400 per month from government but if not the. it totally depends upon college policies,different colleges have different types of policies,if you get any of the suited policy then well n good.

In a regular seats, the expenses of the course is provided by the university fund or UGC fund therefore the fee is low in self financed, for such courses university or UGC does not provide any grant hence such course has higher fee.
