Hello aspirant! Let me to inform you that according to the previous years cut off and closing rank for jntuh your rank is quite high to get admitted in that college. The college guess preference to the gate qualified candidates and then the leftovers are filled by the non gate candidates so chances are bleak.

You may get admission in some of the following colleges if you are lucky enough. Also the fact that you belong to BC-D category may help you a lot but there is no guarantee because cut off of ECE is very high. Here are few colleges where you may get admission:

TS PGECET releases two list for gate qualified students and other for tspgecet qualified students. And the first preference is given to gate qualified students and after seat allotment the remaining vacant seats are alloted to tspgecet qualified one.
