CSE/IT both are great branch and both have some good similarity. If you want to go in detail work then your option is CSE and It has good demand in the market it also has good jobs opportunity. And if you want to belive that you are good in the surface of the software field that you should give a vote to IT its has also good jobs option.

Hello Archit, you have a pretty decent rank and this rank is pretty much enough for most of the college you will be applying in. Now is take EXTC in account with 11k rank you are not eligible for all the braches ofcourse but many like electronics and telecom engineering and instrumentation engineering so just go out and try your luck.
