As per previous year data, the closing rank of metallurgical engineering for BC-B(Male) in JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad has been 18050, so based entirely on this the chances seem tough, remember that cutoffs vary every year based on multiple factors such as seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.

The income certificate number should not be enough. You have to take your Income Certificate to counselling centre even if it is old it will be fine. They will scan your income certificate, and then they'll approve it.

You didn't mention from which category you are from.For students who belong to sc/st categories or any category student who had scored a rank below 10,000 is eligible for Full fee reimbursement from the government of telangana.

If didn't belong to sc/st and have a rank above 10,000 in Eamcet then you only get 35,000 as fee reimbursement from the government side and rest of the fee need to be paid by you.

Congratulations for getting good rank in TS EAMCET 2020. As you are mentioned category AT but tis type any category is not present but I am considering that you want to type ST category and answering according to that. According to last some years cut offs you have some chances of getting admission in GRCE in mechanical branch.

The cut off ranks for mechanical are nearly between 30000 to 35000 so you have chances but as cut offs may vary year to year so you should also make plan B if you will not get it. You should also go through the below link in which the cut offs for GRCE are given.
