Respected Sir /Mam . How many vacancies in Assistant Prof. of Yoga in Central Universities are there every year ?
Hi Sahil,
Each yeae the number of vacancies for assistant yoga professor gets changed accordingly with regards to different aspects.
Also, different universities publish separate vacancies according to their needs.
The starting salary of an assistant yoga professor is around 35000+incentives (if any).
And if we talk about NET then, i will like to tell you that even after clearing this entrance you are not assured with a permanent assistant professor's post at all. Because after clearing net, you are given two choices -
1.to choose jrf scholarship
2. to work as a lecture
In 2nd case, if most probably a adhoc based job is given to any candidate and to grab a permanent position you have to go through other entrances like upsc/state psc/different colleges vacancies entrances.
So,you have to fight to grab a permanent position or job.
Good luck.
