I assume you are asking about eligibility criteria of masters courses in psychology in manipal university, manipal university offers msc courses on clinical psychology , duration of 2 years, eligibility criteria is candidate must have Bachelor degree from a UGC /AIU recognized University with 50% aggregate marks and must have studied psychology or any related course (Child psychology, psychiatry, educational psychology, counselling, psychotherapy, etc.) as one of the papers is eligible. since you have psychology as an additional subject you are eligible to apply. for more entrance exam related details follow the below link,

Yes , you cn do your graduation. Except for few degrees there is no age limit to get admission in degree courses. The minimum eligibility to admission for graduation course at mumbai university is - A student must have passed Std. XII H.S.C. Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination conducted by any statutory board with subjects mentioned for particular degree.
So you can continue your education if you want.

If you have given m com part 1 and have passed the examination then you can opt for the important part 2 exam in the next year with no doubt.
