Hbtu is one of the top colleges of India .which offer courses in b.tech,MCA,M.tech,m.sc,mba,ph.d.with great faculties and excellent placement records.

As you have mentioned here your CRL rank and EWS rank unfortunately with your rank you can't get seat in hbtu for any courses .

As to get admission in hbtu as a general category you need to get rank between 2938 - 124084 to get admission in any courses in any round .

And to get admission by EWS you need to rank between 18236- 131761  .

You can apply for other good colleges with your rank .

See, to apply for any State Counselling, the student must have a Domicile Certificate made from that state only. In your case, if you want to apply for UPCET Counselling under Home State Quota then you must need to have your own Domicile Certificate of UP.

As you have cleared your 12th from another state outside UP, you can't make Domicile Certificate of yours from UP. The basic requirement to make Domicile Certificate of a student is that the Student must have completed his/her 10th and 12th from same State .

Since you have done your 12th from outside UP, you are ineligible for UPCET Home State Quota Counselling.
