I will pay registration fee, upload documents on 31 October for upsee counselling in second round.But unfortunately it is not verified till 3rd November.Then what can I do?
If you have paid the fees and uploaded the documents, then you must constantly check for nay new messags, and if it is written like yet to verify your documents, then wait.
Because there can be lot of applications for document verification.
And 3rd november 2020, i.e, today is last date for document verification for fresh candidates for round 2.
So, wait, have patience definitely your document will be verified too.
Also if any queries is raised against your documents by verifying officers then you must reply with immediate effect.

Hey there!
If the documents aren't verified they won't let you choose the colleges in choice filling of counselling. You can contact the authorities to know what's the problem with the verification so that you can correct any issues and they can look into it and once the verification is done you can go onto the choice filling section.
is there any way to pay 20000 fee of upsee counselling .. if i didnt payed in frst round after floating my alloted college
Dear candidate, either you choose float or freeze it's mandatory to pay the fees of 20k in the initial round. If you do not pay the fees, it means you want an exit from the counseling procedure. So there is no other method to pay that 20k fees again. So either you confirm by freezing or float for upgradation, payment of fees is mandatory. You can go for the management quota for admission now.
I have not paid the seat confirmation fees in upsee counselling in 1st round as I was not aware of it.Can I get second chance to submit the fees??????
Hi Aspirant!
According to official guidelines released by counselling committe if you have not paid the fees for the confirmation of seat the counselling committe will consider you as you did not want to get the seat and will release/open your seats for other students.Hence you can not get the seat now by filling th fees.

According to your question and taking into consideration that you have opted for float in the counselling, i would like to tell you that you have nothing to worry about as it simply means that you have not freezed your seat and not reported as you have opted for float.

If you are already registered then you don't need to register again for the further rounds.If you have not registered previously in any round then you have to register and have to pay the registration fees as you will be considered fresh candidate.You can choose float option if you are not satisfied with the seat allotted to you in 1st round.You can read more here

As per your rank in met examination you would not get any seat in mmmut gorakhpur till round 3 even if you belong to general category. So it would be better if you accept a seat in uptu counselling, you could upgrade your college in uptu counselling in the further rounds or upgrade your branch.
admission process is not complete now in UP through upsee counselling does schloarship is not available for first year student who take admision this year ?

Uttar Pradesh government provides scholarships to all the private and government colleges affiliated with AKTU.
But the scholarship is given based on reservation category and Parents Annual Income.
General category students get Rs 30,000 as maximum scholarship, OBC gets maximum Rs 50,000, and SC/ST students get maximum Rs 1,00,000 Scholarship based on different criteria and slab.

As you have choosen the option of float it means you are not satisfied by the college and branch allotted to you so its the responsibility of UPSEE to give you the next best option according to your marks, so you dont have to pay any extra fees again and kuddos for taking a decision and hope you get the college you are comfortable with.

Yes you obviously can get the fees back. But the application of deductions occurs for some specific reason which I am stating below.
- If a candidate does appear for the counselling but doesn't use FREEZE or FLOAT or FREEZE with UPGRADE or FREEZE without UPGRADE options will be considered as the students who have withdrawn. And thus after a deduction of approximately Rs.2000/round of counselling the student will be paid the remaining to the account from which the money was paid at the first place.
- In case of those candidates who could NOT be allotted any seat, the entire fee submitted by the candidate during the counseling shall be refunded online by the University in the same account without any deduction.
- When selected withdrawn option: In case of those candidates, who were allotted a seat but have exercised Withdraw Option after allotment, he/she will be automatically treated as WITHDRAWN from the Counseling Process. The seat allotted to such candidates will be cancelled and shall be treated vacant. The registration fee of such candidates, after deduction of administrative charges with a rate of Rs 2000 per round of counseling in which the candidate has participated, shall be refunded online in the same account.
