Upsee - Uttar PradeshState Entrance Examination is a state level examinationfor candidates seeking admission in institutes. AKTU will conduct the upsee counseling 2020 via online mode.
So you can not apply your jee mains score or rank in upsee counseling.
You can try for some other college on basis of jee mains score or rank.

Answer laterI secured 50069 GN rank in UPSEE. In UPSEE COUNSELLING first round UIET KANPUR cutoff for matalurgical engineering is 46009 then can i hope that i can get seat in it....????? and how much cutoff will increase in second round...???? i have chances or not ???
As you have secured 50069 overall general merit rank in upsee, then you have chances to get uiet kanpur.
As per seeing the last year cutoff trends, you must have got in round 1 counseling this year, but surprisingly the cutoff closing rank is ver much decreased this year. Because last year in first round counseling, the closing ranks for metallurgical branch was 56004 and this year the cutoff decreases to 46007.
But still you can hope to get metallurgical branch as the last year's highest cutoff closing rank till 3rd main round counseling was - 82902.
And this year the upsee will be total of 4 main round counseling, and two special round counselling. So still you have a high chances that you can get metallurgical branch in next or further rounds in uiet kanpur.
Also it cannot be predicted that how much the cutoff will increase, it totally depends on there number of seats vacant. So, keep hope and have Faith, you will definitely get in next subsequent round counseling.

i got my 7th choice ajay kumar garg computer science and engineering (artificial intelligence and machine learning)shift 1 in upsee counselling in first round. Can i get AKG computer science and engineering (artificial intelligence and machine learning) shift 1 FW which is my 5th choice??
Since you have got AKGEC CSE(AI & ML) Shift 1, you have confirmed your seat in that college. For FW programs, there are only 5% seats of total available and for that you must have filled the EWS or similar field during your counselling to prove your low financial state. The conditions being that the annual income should be less than 6 lacs to avail this scheme and to choose FW shift 1. So if you fulfil that criteria, then yes you can get what you're looking for.
I mentioned general categorie while registration of UPSEE application form but During UPSEE counselling 2020 i will attach my General EWS certificate because UPSEE has allowed while counselling to change it.So i want to ask which benefits i will get and advantage of EWS will be affect like Rank/Seat

With EWS certification, you can get reservations for seat,compared to general category, also you can get good colleges of your choice.So submit your documents as soon as possible.

Based on reservation , rank , branch you pick to do your graduation , they will allot your seat in particular college , so there are few reservation seats so if you keep your ews certificate then you will have good chances for better colleges like for example if your rank is 15000 then your aws rank will be 12000 so throughout this you will get good colleges means you get first preference then general students
