My rank JEE Main is 82000. I did not registered for WBJEE Counselling but will do JOSSA and giving Advance. How can i take part in WB Engg. colleges for counselling. Also for the above rank can I get any good college @ CSE, EEE all over india NIT of good IIIT ..live bhuboneswer ?

For doing counselling for west Bengal colleges the portal will reopen once the exams are done then you can fill the form on the basis if jee mains results.
Secondly you can't get eee in any nits or iiits with this rank of yours.
Although you can other other good engineering collgei in the country you can use our college predictor tool to look for those colleges.

in first round wbjee counselling 2021 I got computer science and engineering in tecno International batanagar kolkata is it a good college for cse admission, how is the placement or should I wait for round 2 please help Im confused

Techno International Batanagar is a decent college in terms of placements (for CSE), however a lot during placements depends on the skills you harness. If I talk in numbers, on an average about 75-80% of the total number of candidates gets placed every year and the median salary is around 2.4-2.6 lpa.
So, my advice to you on this will be, do wait for the round 2 and round 3 as well as you will surely get better colleges in the subsequent rounds.

I am from West Bengal and my WBJEE GMR rank is 32000 and my SC rank is 3082. So which colleges will I get from wbjee counselling? Jadavpur or Maulana?

Based on your WBJEE rank, it is very difficult to get into Jadavpur. However, do not lose out on hope, as nothing can be guaranteed at this stage.
My advice for you will be to keep your options open for other colleges as well.

i have filled my wbjee application form as general catagory . i will get my obc in certificate in may . can i use it in wbjee counselling . and if i change the catgory to obc when the correction window opens and then if i failed to show the obc certificate in counselling ,what will happen ????

As you filled WBJEE form as General , so you will be considered as General candidate and rank according to your category.
If somehow you can able to correct your category and failed to show during counseling than you may get disqualified or your candidature will be invalid.

Yes you can easily use your Jee main rank in wbjee counselling.There is a seperate option to opt for seats through JEE Rank.Because there are several colleges which participate in both Jossa councelling and Wbjee counselling.
Renowned colleges which accept are Megnad Shah,Heritage,Jadavpur University,Techno main,FIEM,BBIT etc.
