I have cleared gate but I still have a backlog remaining.. can I apply for CCMT counselling ?

HI, Great that you cleared GATE!
But to get through with the counselling you will need to have complete documents and certificates and if you do not have the required it can create a problem for your admission.
Make sure you have the complete documents before the counselling.
