Am scoring 211 marks in neet as ST category student can I get admission in semi government bams college this year ?

According to last year's cut off trends, for government seat in BAMS general category candidate required minimum 40 percentile, SC/ST category required 30 percentile so you can not be eligible for government seat but you can try in Private Colleges or through management quota. For semi government college there are few chances that you can get it. You can try to get admission in these colleges
