Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. If you belong to general category, it would be a little difficult to get a government seat. But, it would become clear only after official counselling call. You would, however, can easily get private seat at this score.
