You are confused. Admissions in Medical colleges happen through entrance exam called NEET. Board Marks are required only to pass the eligibiliy criteria and plays no role in rank.
Kindly clear the details about the question.

Please specify what exactly you are trying to ask. For getting a seat for MBBS, you need to clear NEET. The cutoffs have not yet been announced. All the best!
