I have got 52 marks in CET for pcm and my marks in 12th cbsc is 57.4 can I predict my rank

It is very difficult to predict rank since cutoffs and marks variations change every year. However you can check last few years' statistics to get a rough idea. However you can expect a rank of around 100000 in general category with 52 marks. cbse marks won't matter in rank calculation.
