Is language still a part of NTSE stage 1?

Yes. Language test is still a part of stage 1. Along with it you have Mental Ability test(reasoning questions) and Scholastic Ability test ( Maths, physics , chemistry)

Yes, language is still included in NTSE stage 1. The number of questions asked in this paper is 50. The duration of the exam is 45 minutes and the marks allotted to this paper is 50. For more information, you can check https://school.careers360.com/articles/ntse

Hi,
The marks are not added to the final score used for ranking. But you have to pass it, which is 40% score in that language paper.
