Is there any scholarship provided by the NIT INSTITUTE for pg courses say ...msc chemistry....if so what are the terms and conditions...

Are you talking about the various NITs ?
If yes, then there a number scholarships available by the MHRD department of government of India.
Every scholarship has a different criteria. Some are only for girls or PD students.
Kindly have a look at this and choose the one which is for you.

ThanksBut still i have a doubt..i.eLike in IIT every student are provided monthly scholarship ,do nit also provide such scholarship for other state student....I have asked many of my nit friends they reply me. Only few students get others even not refunded their tution fee.

NO everyone in IIT doesn't get a scholarship. I'm in IIT and there's no scholarship for everyone.
There are few scholarships for weaker sections or certain categories. That has their own eligibility criteria.
As for NIT there might be some scholarships available but state might or might not be the criteria to avail that.

Thanks again u help me a lot.I want a suggestion .i have given iit jam 2018 (a test for maaters program through iit or nit) I would likely to get a nit beside i am also qualified for various central University eg BHU HYDERABAD UNIVERSITY. now tell me what should I prefer. A nit or central University.
