I got Muslim rank 960 in Cusat Cat exam. And I am in waiting list. Is there any chance to get seat in B tech IT in Cusat

Depends on what number are you on the waiting list, otherwise it is not a very good rank so you might struggle getting into the college. I would recommend you to follow it to the last round of counselling.
