Hello there, I got 104 marks in NEET and I belong to OBC . Is there any possibility to get admission in AYURVEDA govt. college ?

Neet is not necessary for Ayurveda. You just need 12th marks and cet rank

Sorry to say but the chances of getting Ayurveda college is almost nil as your score very less . You have not cleared the basic cutoff of neet .
Don't lose hope you can work hard this year and get into a good government medical college next year .
