Can I get Cs branch in skit or jecrc Jaipur with 40 marks and 359456 rank in JEE mains and 12th percentage is 84.60%.I am from Rajasthan

Sorry to say but with the above mentioned rank in jee mains you will not be able to get CSE Branch in skit or jecrc jaipur as your score is low.

Yes, you should get admission in SKIT jaipur on the basis of jee mains score whether you passed jee mains or not ,it doesn't matter. In JECRC it will difficult to get admission on the basis of this rank.
