I want to ask that in 1st round I alloted seat but by visiting reporting centre I upgraded my allotment ,now the notice released by bcece on

If you have upgraded seat in 1st round you may get better brnach in the same colllege or differnet college altogether based on cutoff and vacancies in second round.
