for being finan. manager, is there any compulsion to study with maths as a regular subject in std 12th?

No compulsive regulations but is recommended for good career as it is highly Quantitative field with good Aptitude in nunerical ability.

That is not necessary but you need to work hard in graduation level and in MBA degree specially in finance management , accounts and business economics subjects.
