Do PSU's recruit M.Sc Electronics through GATE (ECE) ? In their recruitment notices only BE/BTech are mentioned. Can M.Sc Electronics apply?

Yes, many PSUs recruit M.Sc Electronics students through GATE in ECE department.
Few of them are stated below:
IOCL
BHEL
BSNL
GAIL
NPCL
NTPC
HPCL

But I have seen that recruitment PDF of all PUSs, in qualifications they have written that you should hai the graduation degree in the same discipline in which you have appeared for the gate exam.
Still they call for interview? Even though someone has done MSc electronics not ECE
