I am candidate of NEET UG 2019 from MP(domicile). I want to apply for other state counselling in B category(management quota).

Hi,
Well yes you can apply for private medical colleges counseling of any other state without any hassle. Only government seats won't be there for you and management quota seats are very easy to get because of high fee structure. That way you will have good chances.
