Excepted mark 440 in neet 2019 and I am from General category and have esic reservation .will I get mbbs admission in any esic college

No 440 marks will not land you in a government medical college as its quite low and also this year neet paper was quite easy so chances are that cut off for different colleges will get a hike.
Actually anything less than 550 marks will not help you to get a seat in Government Medical College.
